Description of the Classes:
Latin Dance inspired Fitness class for all levels
ZUMBA Toning (TM) is A Breakthrough muscle shaping
system with the use of lightweight toning sticks
that you use like a set of maracas.
In a very short period of time this workout
will help you build coordination,
muscular strength and reshape your body.
ZUMBA®Fitness for kids (6-12 years old)
Salsa (level 1) for the beginners
Salsa (level 2) for the intermediate level dancers
Hip-hop class for the kids (6-14 years-old)
Belly Dancing class for Beginner
and intermediate levels
