ZUMBA

Our Zumba Classes are Perfect For Everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.  We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

ZUMBA STEP

Those who are looking to feel the burn, baby! Looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes? Step right up.  We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba® brings to the dance-floor. Zumba® Step increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.

ZUMBA TONING

Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!  The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!  Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

ZUMBA GOLD

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.  Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

ZUMBA SENTAO

IPeople who want to get some serious (core) work done. Pull up a chair and tone your entire body.  Zumba Sentao® combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves, using a chair as your dance partner. A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process.  A unique way to challenge the muscles of the body without having to lift weights.

ZUMBA KIDS

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.

STRONG BY ZUMBA

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba®combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.  In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

YOGA
Gentle Yoga. This is a yoga class which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques(dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

BOLLY X

This Bollywood-inspired cardio dance-fitness program combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. It is a 50-minute cardio class that has choreography which cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences that can help you burn around 500-800 calories per session.

BOOT-i CAMP
Have you reached your plateau and are unable to lose more weight?  This is the class for you!  Step out of your comfort zone and get ready to see results!  Get ready for a butt kicking power circuit training that is sure to leave you sweating, smiling and swearing!

SPIN

A fun, heart-pumping workout on a beautiful Trainer 508 spin bike. Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by a certified instructor motivated by great music.  Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable.

AFRO MUZIK SPINNING

Get ready to get your cardio on! This high intensity, upbeat class is designed to get you moving fast and sweating buckets. Enjoy fast paced, upbeat Afro Muzik tunes that will keep you motivated and energized. This class moves, grooves, grinds and twerks with the music and is appropriate for all fitness levels.

BARRE
This class will help you to improve your posture, overall flexibility and of course tone the legs, tummy & derriere. Class includes the use of light weights, pilates balls, straps and blocks. Instructors will offer modifications so that no matter what level you are at you can modify, strengthen and progress. *Please bring a yoga mat and barre socks/socks with grip*

I ❤ SOCA

A fun, jam-packed dance partyworkout, this Soca class is a great way to add some party to every day! This class starts with an endurance building warm-up, followed by practice of traditional Soca movements (including wining and other body isolations), and ends with a short phrase of choreography.

SALSA & BACHATA - Ladies Styling

Bring your heels and get ready to learn sensual movements of Bachata and Salsa!  In this class you will learn how to incorporate sexy arms, hips and body movements in your dancing while incorporating stylistic Salsa and Bachata footwork to enrich your dancing vocabulary.  This class is suitable for Beginner - Intermediate levels.

DRUMS ALIVE 
Drums Alive™ Power Beats combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythms of the drums. It is a workout for the entire mind, body, and spirit!

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

 

Out of respect for our instructors and your fellow students we ask that you adhere to the following:

  • All students are required to download the “Dance Passion Fitness Studio App” and create a student profile.  You will NOT be able to attend the session until you have created a profile and signed the liability waiver.  No exceptions will be made

  • All classes must be booked in advanced using the “Dance Passion Fitness Studio App”.

  • Clients arriving later than 5 minutes to a class may have their spot given up to another client on the waitlist.

  • No admittance to class after 15 minutes of class time has surpassed.

  • 1-hour cancellation notice is required for all classes.  All cancellations must be completed on the “Dance Passion Fitness Studio App”.

  • Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in a

  • $3 NO-SHOW FEE.  You will receive a text/e-mail warning for the first time.  Any further no-shows will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
